Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 4 business days, usually much less. Handmade or custom items may take longer, see product description for details on these items.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. 

As Urban Buddha Ltd  works with other suppliers, some items will ship separately. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address ASAP. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS, & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer the following shipping option to the UK only:

1. Tracked 24 hr service, Royal Mail - £6
2. Tracked 48 hr service, Royal Mail - £5

Please be aware that any stated delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas.

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email. We will contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit, or which have been tracked as delivered.
